Report a review

Find the review, then report it

Every review has a Report link underneath it. Using that link is what tells us which review you mean. Without it we have nothing to look at.

Search for the landlord or the address, open their page, find the review, and click Report.

What we remove

• Statements that are factually false.
• Contact details, or private information about anyone.
• Names of people other than the landlord or management company.
• Harassment and threats.
• Reviews from someone who never rented from the landlord.

What we don't

We don't take a review down for being negative, and we don't remove accurate statements about a business. This site exists so a student can see what they're signing before they sign it, and that only works if unflattering experiences can be described honestly.

If a review is wrong about a fact, tell us which sentence and what happened. That is the report we can act on.

One thing we can't do

We can't tell you who wrote a review. We never store the address anyone signs up with, only a one-way hash of it, so there is nothing to look up and nothing to hand over. How that works.
